Great collections of all jewellery. Every process could be seen, that includes melting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A little pricy than other places but it is worth it for standards and quality. We can watch most of the processes while it is done. Very helpful while fixing some faults in the jewel.

They have decent collections. They can arrange from nearby Tanishq also. Staff behaviour especially Mr Prakash who attended me, was very humble.

But when we apt a Golden savings scheme, which is not a right decision. so please be aware of it. The software has technical error. I faced this issue, when I checked with shop, the response was not professional, he doesn't know how to talk with customers. Madurai waala always behave like this.

Myself and my family visited TANISHQ by 8:15pm, Mr. Venketesh and other staffs welcomed us and showed all the available models without considering the time. We have completed our purchase by 9pm. They were all happily in showing other models also. We were very much impressed on the product design, quality and the hospitality of the staffs.

Had a good experience. Billing process to be improved. Purchased gold coin in 5 mins. But billing took 25 mins. This can be improved.
