Poor Customer care, Everything is done in Snails pace. Costly than many other Jewellery. Exchanged a Platinum Diamond Ring brought from them, for which they gave a 35% Depreciation. Which is a huge loss.

Went here to buy a silver ornament. Welcomed with a warm smile. Went to first floor in the lift. They showed me less than 10 pieces to choose from. Very few collections in what I was looking for.
The person counted the ornaments 3 times in front of me and kept asking the other person if she knows about it. I know you're supposed to be careful but why give an impression that you were robbed?
Paid the bill.
Let's just they the customer service was bad.
There's so many jewellers in nagercoil, the least you can do is be polite.
I don't think I'll visit there anymore. Read so many other reviews about poor customer service too.
