Worst customer service. Made me to wait for 1hr to just see my documents.. And asked to wait with out saying any time duration.. Every one where busy on their work, but when a customer is on board it should their first priority to assist the customer.. I have put some 2 hrs permission in my office to complete this work, but the in-charge simply says looks like it will take time can you come later or some time tomorrow . I was in fight with that guy and finally they have done my work.. Please Iffco Tokyo official take necessary action, don't loose the valuable customer because of this kind of issues..
