Worst staffs.particularly the women in surrendering department. They think they are the ultimate. They don't even care who a consumer is.We customers pay them. They treat us like we are their slaves. Not even a acknowledgement provided by her. When asked her after a week she says, she has already gave me. Pathetic. If she gave us already what's the need to go there for second time?.

Found some very helpful people here.Actually my mother passed away in Jan and I had a pension policy in her name.When I approached this branch for help a person called Balaji umalingam guided me on how to make a claim in the concerned branch(T. Nagar).He also helped me with the agents signature in the claim form. Truly thankful to you sir.

Virgumbakkam branch. Excellent customer service, but getting attestation from agents is difficult task. Needs simplification

Govt should offer to private,useless staff,they think it their responsibility to pay or get lost.agents beg to be policy holder after that they do even take the call.but Govt is giving commission, for service.
This can be offered to policy holders as motivation.

Delicious Pizza.. The service is very good and the quality of food is also very nice and hygienic.

Very courteous and friendly Agent , went there for surrendering the matured policy and got the money credited on the same day.

Totally unprofessional old lazy people. They have complete knowledge but should scale up to match customer expectations!!!
