Very poor service not fullfiling services of customer

very bad response to settle claim . I take insurance for my mothers shade net farm house due to heavy storm my farm damaged . but they demanded many formalities after big formalities I file a claim then without logical reason they settled my claim only 75000 instead of 2.5 lac . it means they cheat costumers even after 17 thousand heavy premium for a year

It is bad Company as far as claim settlement is concern. I will never suggest any one to take any policy with them
