Good customer service. Well behaved staff persons who treat customer very well but a bit improvement in customer entertainment is needed. The office is is situated at seventh floor of Apex Mall which is a well organized building and having proper lift and parking facility. The brand value of Max Life Insurance company is good in market and it should maintain/improve it among the customers.

If you like to be cheated repeatedly buy a Max Life insurance policy. They will never give you the correct information. There website doesn't provide any information about present valuation. Even if you have deposited premium online, you may not get the receipt for days. Never have a policy with them. I was promised a fixed monthly income of Rs 10000 or more. When I get policy document, it was just 4500.
