Very good and supportive staff with positive environment. Prompt services to all the clients visiting in office.

Pathetic experience. They don't pick up phone calls. When they are needed during accidents to help customers, they are never available. Never buy a New India Assurance policy

I PERSONALLY FEEL. THERE IS LOT OF IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE ON TECHNOLOGY SIDE, BEING NUMBER ONE IN GENERAL INSURANCE. WE ARE STILL LACKING BEHIND IN CUSTOMERS SERVICES. Compare to other insurance companys ( PVT). SUCH AS RENEWAL NOTICES/ SAME OLD PRINT OUT IS GIVEN FOR RENEWAL EVEN UF THE AGE BLOCK IS CHANGE. MANY TIME THE CLIENT HV TO PAY CASH FOR DIFFERENCE IN PREMIUM. THERE ARE MANY SUCH SMALL THINGS WHICH Ipersonally feel the corporation should look into. Otherwise overall it is good. Staff here was very much co-operative and polite. They immediately issued me two wheeler policy with online payment option.

Manager has rude behaviour. Staffs are not co-operative .

It's typically Indian Government office. Staff is very arrogant and I really have a doubt bon their education
