Head office branch exactly besides Alka talkies chowk.
Parking facilities available there.
Beaware from traffic police because of one way road.

Office with co-operative staff and a well maintained guest house.

The staff here is very rude and the system here is highly unethical

I am visiting this lic office in Pune alka chauk nice building .

Very very slow service. Since 1 and half month, I am trying to call to Pune Kelkar road branch (955), both the phone no are out of order. I have submitted my claim at 4 th Aug 21, till this date they have not credited.
Even if they have not communicated, every time you need to go physically to solve our query. They are not technically updated, working like government office. Also sent mail to branch manager, but no reply.

Best branch in Pune City. Cooperative staff and well mannered people. They address every issue with utmost respect and sincerity. Feel privileged to visit in the branch. Highly accessible and prime located branch near Deccan area in Narayan Peth. I would recommend this office for services related to Insurance.

Hopeless suggestions & answers. Not useful for common people's hard earned money... My entire investment was done by lic agent in such a plan , that I cannot surrender it & I wasn't told earlier. Was sad & disappointed.
