Though branch is easy to access but branch members are not polite with customers and give first priority to new customers for opening new policy

Good silent place where all work related to LIC & Services are provided. They also accept all updation of documents for kyc and also takes premium. This is the oldest office and staff is good only you need to spend more time here and there if they are saying that ask him or her but mostly they don't only Sometimes I have experienced. Service is good and LIC also offers online service so in covid times you can use that as well. This office is almost 5 min walking distance from Khopoli Railway station. You can come here just by leaving station and coming to the main market and just by taking left from the Deepak Hotel and exactly near to jain temple its inside that building.
