Nice experience with Sbi Life insurance company office at Nasik .staff is very cooperative.. But I feels that there will be quiet improvement. Because when Customer went there, he haven't Revenue Stamp for policy withdrawal documents.. So office will be provide this facility to customers.. Overall it was nice experience.

Nice staff. But not all facilities are available in sbi. You have to visit your home branch for various works related to life policies like free look of insurance policy. They can only guide you.

I am a SBI staffer. I went to Mr. Santosh Shinde Senior Assistant Operations. He took my pf index number, went to his terminal made all required queries came back and gave me full details WITH NO AMBIGUITY. EXCELLENT service.
