I got my home insurance policy from ICICI Lombard General Insurance. I liked the insurance policy which offers decent coverage. The Rajajinagar Branch employees helped me with their online buying process which is quite hassle-free. Overall its been a pleasant experience till now.

ICICI Lombard health insurance is very essential. I've been holding this insurance for a period of 3 years. I had gotten the documents from Rajaji Nagar branch on time. At times, I also use their website to renew my policy online. Overall, its been a satisfactory experience so far.

Poooor response to the customer :-(

One of the wrost experience after making the payment they will not give the policy document, after making the complaint to the customer support they making to wait another 48 hours to confirm on the payment from your end,i prefer i not to buy any policy from ICICI WROST EXPERIENCE

Worst ever claim settlement experience through #icicilombard, don't think anyone is bothered to even care. @ICICILombard, I was good mouthing this company until I've myself faced the horrendous claim settlement process through their TPA/Customer service just suck. Extremely disappointed. Plz don't buy health insurance from these guys ever.

Really slow in attending customers. Somehow they always have some sort of problem so your work never gets done on the first visit. Wouldn't recommend this branch at all.
