Kinda slow for an office operating in Bangalore. But appreciate the efforts and details they were able to provide for a govt agency. Kind of an efficient and working govt agency. Surprisingly good when you consider that.

Completely cheating. Their terms itself many hidden things. I lost enough amount by taking this policy. Even my Friend also became victim.
Never take SBI policies

Indicated that this branch is open till 6pm on 20th of feb(3rd saturday) in google. But when we went its closed. Third Saturday is holiday for this branch.pls update correct information.

Had a very pathetic experience. Very rude & insensitive employees specially the male staff. They don't even have any proper information. Will make u roam from one office to another which is of no use. It's totally waste of time to visit this branch for ur work to be done..

I called sbi Krpuram branch to enquire about the contact number of their Rtngr branch but to my utter surprise the manager informed me that thy do not have the contact number of their Sbi RT nagar branch. In fact he refused to divulge the contact number of their CRM team.manager also..Google is not updated with the correct mobile or landline numbers. How do you expect customers to contact the branch for service? Please note that I have given my policy for surrender at RT nagar branch and wanted to know position of the same if its processed..Their staff expect us to apply leave and want into the respective office to make the enquiry

No proper response from staff. No clarity on policy taken. They are least bother to provide good customer service experience.

SBI Life Insurance related services you could get from this branch. The office is very well visible from main road and located at the main road side. It's in the first floor. Office staffs are courteous and I got my service done in few minutes after completing the formalities.

Not very costumer friendly doesn’t follow Covid precautions rules only for public, staff don’t wear mask and no proper sanitation
