No happy with their idiotic rules, some of the staff are cooperative.

Do not go for any claim with Agent Santosh (Tumkur United India Insurance) who will never receive the call, will never guide you nor speak properly with the customer - rude and irresponsive - - we just tried to call him from 2 months for the status of insurance claim - he never replied and today fortunately spoke with us but very harshly and dint got any solution till now.
