I think you can say some employees are hard working while some are totally lazy. I went in there to check about my policy. I was supposed to be attended by one assistant. He was not there. They say he has gone out for having tea. I waited for an hour. He didn't come. Finally another assistant once he served everyone in his queue called me and helped. I could hear him mumbling about the other assistant having gone to attend a marriage.

Worst service provided by the LIC Organisation. I don't know why they will not respond to us even for the simple question . None of them in the office are trained , They don't know, how to behave with Customer .

Worst People. I went to buy policy, I waited for 30 minutes, they don't even bother to respond or respect people time. Typical Government office

The phone number given dosent work and they are off on Saturdays. LIC please make an effort to make it easier for customers.

Don't expect much from here. Just like a Govt. Office... If you need something to be done, get in touch with your Insurance Agent. You will waste a lot of time if you visit. Check LIC website, use customer portal. A lot can be done online, only for few kinda work you need to visit the branch. But take your agent support...

Worst place, ignorent workers. Comes to work just for time pass. Doesn't have any public concern. Because of them i am pre closing my 2 policies.
