One of the worst Insurance company ever to get your insurance, i sttongly recommend you guys to not choose this worst ever service completely hopeless stategies, nom sense policies, inappropriate address, employess who are working in their service sector doesnt know how their IVR works, no resolution to customer concerns, i suggest google to add ghe negative ratings to degine their true service and to showcase people how cheap and hassle is their services are.

No proper resolution are given, in world of paperless and cashless this company is still living in 1940's or 50's i think.

Completelt hopeless and stupid service one can opt for.

I had very bad experience with cholamandalam insurance company as I struggle one week to get car policy after making the payment in advance 7 days before.

Unless a person policy holder we cannot contact customer care by email correspondence chola staff takes longer time simply the staff will time pass w customers.

I received my car policy after one by visiting / discussing the issue with cholamandalam office in Mysore at kevumpura branch otherwise no car policy.

Before going to branch office in Mysore I informed them by email policy payment made 7 days bfr if u don't issue the policy will seek legal action somehow I got my car policy after visiting branch office in Mysore.

My opinion/MSG to citizens not to take cholamandalam insurance as the system and some of the staff is very bad and customer doesn't get response and policy on time I made payment online after getting the quote but policy issued after expiry of 3 days and even they didn't issue a note saying that policy number payment received by UTR no. and valid from to at least I wud have drive my car keeping that note but they didn't.

Our rating about d company is D grade insurance company in India

During past year 1990 we didn't struggle 7days to get car policy as it was manual operations now during these day its a digital technology computerised system.

Beware of cholamandalam insurance company as you may loose ur money time energy disappointment dishonesty.

This is worst Insurence company I ever seen they are doing fraud and not responding properly and I request people not make Insurence policy in this company
