Good working people but slow in carry outing procedure

Bommsandra branch i visited to cancel my apt fire insurance, as it was bought to get loan sanction from govt Bank.
Staff really friendly and helpful. I just visited one day from whitefield and provided my documents to cancel insurance and refund rest of the amount. They have done with deligently and get it done.

Worst behaviour by staff and they didn't respond on time. They wasted my time by 4 days and didn't done the work properly and on time, lazy staff and worst behaviour by staff
