This aviva main office in kolkata. This place is mallick bazar more. You can visit this office for any issue of aviva policy.

Employees are very much helpful. They will guide you to take any decision about the policy. They will suggest you the policies which are suitable for you. Moreover they are always available to help the customers.

Nice office, very easy to find and staff was extremely helpful. I had some policy papers that needed to be taken care of, and they handled everything very quickly and efficiently. Overall a reliable place and company :)

Post Corona they seem to have changed customer interaction timing. However, one can only get to know that if one visits the branch. There is a handwritten note that says branch timing only upto 1.30 pm. Amazing example of poor client relationship processes. No one bothers to change timing on their website. No one bothered to inform me by mail along with the customer intimation letter which they sent asking me to visit their branch! The security at the desk has no complaint recording book as well. And when the whole world has opened and functioning normally, they still choose to spend their time hiding in the comforts of their residences. So much for the company's client relationship process at the Kolkata branch!!!

I would like to share my experience with Aviva and I would like to give a rating in negative.. such horrific is my experience. As I write, I am still waiting to get the benefit which I was supposed to receive long back. I would request anyone who is contemplating on investing or insuring with Aviva, please DO NOT DO SO. There is no chance for second thought and for sure you will be harassed and will receive the benefit way later or if at all. So please Do not do business with this company.

Company is no doubt very good but the employees especially the head of agency channel is full of fraudsters! They are mastered in fake promises and they are specialized in grilling a future of a fresher. I request not to join this company in agency channel as they are ready to ruin you and your family existing savings.

pathetic , highly irresponsible team across the country. no values for customer instruction . people work there with their own humes and fancies. no local contact number to contact. even they dont bother to process the customer request on propertime. always seat and hatch eggs o. customer request. no one maimtain the tat .
