1.Policy number is generated with rail ticket, but policy is not visible on site !!

2. To get policy details, we have to find customer care, calll them,give details of policy number as well as journey tickets, train number, from, to, date of journey and PNR ! very funny ! If you have generated a policy number, everything must be available with you with that policy or with PNR !

3. After cc representative is satisfied, they will generate a request to their internal cell to mail the policy soft copy . Very funny !!

Should be like this :
As we opt for insurance during rail ticket, nominee should be asked and entered . Policy soft copy should be linked with the policy number generated. We need not search and harassed .
