2 phone no. Ending with 24 and 25 keep ringing and no one bothers to attend. 3rd no.ending with 52 is a permanently busy no. as if it is kept down. It seems they do not need new customer and existing customers has no choice but to dance to their tune and go to the branch personally. Again God knows if some one would be there to attend?

I got daily message for renewal of insurance of my car. I paid the fee on 16th. October. Since I was not getting the renewal document, either hard or soft copy, I tried to contact over phone for number of times for few days without success except once when the first fellow made all queries and when asked for renewal document he transferred the call to second person but never got connected. I mailed to customer care but it bounced. I got worried thinking that I might have paid to a fraud. Finally I went to their NOIDA office on 20th. and met one gentleman Mr Akshay, if I correctly remember his name , and showed him all the mails, messages but he was very reluctant and hardly see or read any of them. I was very upset with his attitude and non cooperation but checked and to my relief confirmed the receipt of payment. I asked him to give me a renewal copy of my insurance. To my surprise he suggested me to get it from website even after listening the serious problem I faced with their website or phone. Finally he reluctantly gave me a copy and I had to tell him that I am to seriously think about my next renewal with Bajaj. I must tell that it was very smooth while renewing previous years. I am 72+ years old and Unfortunately this year it gave me plenty of anxiety. Thanks.

My life's biggest mistake that i had a bajaj Policy.
Very bad experience with this company.
No one is responsing, no one picking the phone after 4 month of raised complaint i didnt get my claim.
Bajaj is just waste of money.
Be aware these peoples are bleedy thieves.

Located right next to Nirulas in Sector 2 Noida on the main road with sufficient car parking space . On the 2nd floor . The staff at the Insurance Company is quite courteous and efficient . This Branch deals with all kinds of insurance except for life .

very poor service ,i paid my amount for car insurance but its been 25 days but i couldnt received my paper of insurance..i tried many times tocall but it is only on waiting,i am very disappoint because i still i m not getting any response..i mailed so many times but it keeps ignored..they never called and never replied like it is fraud..never recommend to buy any service from bajaj..they never resolves ur problem..

You have cheated on my friend. You don't value customer. At least a few of us will teach your brand that we you don't take care of your customers- others will do. Learn a lesson out of it.

I surrendered my policy on date 24.01.2023 but till date 10.02.2023 amount not received. I am following regularly with Noida Sector 4 office.Two time visit on office staff daily give new excuse.

It is the most in efficient business place I have ever visited, worse than worst of government offices. Requesting someone in customer care department reading my review to help me out. I have made a mistake while buying policy where I entered my name instead of my wife , who is the owner of the car. To make correction in this I have visited office, called many times, one lucky time I get hold of Some Zubair in office, he told me to submit some documents and request letter to Someone name Remy, I did so, since then I am writing reminder mail after mail, Just got one liner rude reply from Remy that this is not my department, that's all. I don't understand how Bajaj allianz people think that customer should know everything, one of their staff only is telling to write mail to another, another is just saying its not my department and passively telling me get lost with your Bjaj policy. I even requested them to tell me at the least whom to write to get this issue solved but its seems there are some non humans sitting in that office. And this is going on for more than 45 days. Please anyone 🙏 from customer care help me. Hopefully this is not the culture of company and only inefficiency of branch people.
