I enquired about one policy to renew within the grace period. They committed that you will get an email with payment link within 1 or 2 days. I have followed up this from last 7 to 10 days but didn't get any email. Now I need to visit the branch to get it renewed in this CORONA time. It was a bad experience with SBI General Insurance.
