I talked to executive of reliance nippon life insurance but it was a great surprise to me that she dont know any details about the policy for which i am asking and i sent the photo of policy bond also. Every time she said my system is not updated due to covid-19 which was a very different excuse. Then i again dialed her two times and she did not pick my phone and cut it. I am not satisfied with the executive whom they have alloted the customer care seat and also not satisfied with the insurance that they are selling by quoting a dummy details.
