Was there with my friend for a claim.. but did not get any proper response....

If there was minus 1 star i wdv given it! Wanted info on the four wheeler policy options. Just returned from there non the wiser, do not understand why they exist even?? The staff was having a field day, gossiping near the reception area, no one seemed to have any work to do. After some time, a person sauntered along, asked me a few questions, answered non of mine, took my RC back to his table- for research? Came back and simply said in a hostile tone that they didnt do third-party only comprehensive - this when i had made it clear at the outset that i was actually interested in comprehensive but requested for quotes on both types. I hope the authorites close this (jopling road, Lko) branch immediately, after all why make the consumers waste their time visiting it? Yeah do it!!!
