It is a typical government office what with old tables, chairs and fans. It is high time the office ambience is changed into a modern office. Much to my surprise debit card was accepted for payment. The service could have been faster.

Doing my 2wheeler insurance here regularly for the past 5years. Prompt service. Good helping staffs .👍

System very slow, customers suffering lot,not only that in future customer maybe go to some other insurance company.

Office opened at 9.45 a.m. but employees come by ............ punctuality to be maintained scrupulously....

I have made 3 claims so far with them. They'll get the process explained clearly. User friendly. It took almost 10 working days for them to process and get the claim money credited to my bank account. Surprisingly it was very quick the last time. It just took 3 working days from the day I handed over them the last and final bills and invoice. You'll get proper response when you give a call and check for the status. Overall, I'm satisfied with their process.

Visited United India Insurance Company Ltd. To remit the premium. Has lift facility. Situated on busy main road. No parking lot for 4 wheelers.

The staff did the transactions in a good manner. Attended to the needs of submitting claim or taking policy. Even my enquiry to the customer care was replied properly.

But their outcome takes longer time. Processing time for claim and procedure is cumbersome. I got my resolution after a month.
