Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company

Typical insurance office. Very slow needs a lots of things to be optimised. People and process wise. This office feels like it is still 2001.
It will take a lot of time for simple things. Hence plan your day accordingly if you're planning to visit. Parking is available but only for employees not customers. You've to struggle even for a bike.
No professionalism there. Feels like a government office.

I have been insuring my car with them through the insurance desk at Chennai Ford. I have always got the best service and my cousins on time.

Worst, totally fraud people.please don't go for bajaj for any products. They are worst service. Unprofessional and unethical people. Even we approached for teem insurance, they will give fake information and delay policy document, that too wrong details. We need to follow them to correct the document for 3 month. Still issue is not solved

Probably the worst customer experience. No attentiveness and absolutely zero response towards the customer. Very ignorant.had been for travel insurance.
