Staying here since couple of years. No society has been formed so far, no maintenance, no water supply and electricity as on date, poor security. No basic amenities. Shopping complex has not yet developed and nearby market is 12 km away. No public transport facility is available and whatever is available at nearby villages, are too costly, residents have to manage movements by their own vehicle only. Being this a remote area, after sales services are not easily available here and we have to pay extra to avail this. No medical facilities in the colony and hospitals are far away.

UPDATE:
Extremely poor management is harassing owners by asking for exorbitant maintenance charges. The area was supposed to develop but has not.

Great place to stay with family or friends, the only problem is lack of transportation facility in this area. If talk about society, it is greenery and evironment friendly. But the maintainance of club house lacks a bit. Like gym is not good, equipments are not available. Squash and tennis court also needs renovation. If club house gets maintained then it will add values to the society. Other than this all are good.

I just want them to maintain the society better. It is a beautiful place to live provided all the amenities are taken care of and any pending ones are provided asap.

The owners ROI is completely dependent on how it develops over the next 3-5 years and Fire Arcor keeping its promises.

I'm also unsure why owners are not able to use the club house and related amenities. Hope someone from the Fire Arcor can shed some light on it. I, for example, have paid the club membership but unable to use any facilities .

Just the Infrastructure is not enough. The quality used while building this unproductive property is of utter cheap. We had to shell out money from our pocket to fix maintenance issue where the builder stated they are the one to take care of maintenance. A complete Fraudster. No value for money. False promises.Worst and RUDE customer customer service . A dead man land. PLEASE DO NOT. UY ANY PROPERTY. Not worth to give any STAR. Complete Waste of our money and trust .

This is a Company with bad intentions to bind purchasers in several classes of agreement that are not clearly understood by purchasers at the time of signing the agreement. The company levy exorbitant maintenance cost and they will refuse to give ant account. The company say that the maintenance cost include salary of all company employees.

They will not take sincere steps to form the owners Society. The company wants to keep maintenance with them only for 30 to 40 years because they want to ensure the Township is fit enough to be managed by outsiders like municipality.

The company cut off water and power because maintenance amount has not been paid although maintenance cost gas been collected. The company refuse to have dialogue with owners on any matter.

The source of water supply is not known. The quality of water is not drinkable.

The company has collected clubhouse cost but they have usurped the club house. The personal who have paid club house dues are having problem in using the club house. There is no "club" has been formed as per law of land. No bye laws no elected managing committee

Since 29th of January the company has cut if power the residents are suffering because of no water no street lights and no lifts.

If you want to buy take a draft of their agreement to sale, get it scrutinized by an expert lawyer, redraft and then only sign. Ask for all copies of approvals, architects plan, company balance sheet, club house bylaws and everything.
