As its old building leakages occure during rains and due to which ceiling falls and which is hazardous ☠️💀 to life, one family was lucky that it didn't fall where they were sleeping, at night time fell onto kitchen, lockdown saved them as major members were at village. So better avoid to be safe. Old can be gold but not SAFE.

The society located at natwar nagar. The closest metro station near this society is shankarwadi which is under construction. Society buildings are old but in good condition. Nearby western express highway but peaceful society for residence. Hospital and diagnostic center are closer. Parking available. Security is good. So many trees in this society. Good place for residential purpose.
