Hotel Park Victoria

Rooms are average, compact, less space for two people to stay. Could be cleaner, The sheets weren't clean, and the bed was really uncomfortable considering the price. The only plus point of this place is that it is couple friendly and is on a great location.

We had booked day stay at this hotel(8am -7pm)(Deluxe room) for 1800 rs. Since we had come here after overnight travelling, we just wanted to get a clean and comfortable rooms for resting.
But the stay wasn't good at all:
1. Rooms were smelly and as other users have reported, this was due to all covered rooms with no ventilation. Better go for ventilated rooms.
2. Room's size were not worth 1800rs at all. It was tiny. You get minimum space for walk and that's it.
3. No space to keep your luggage in the wardrobe.
4. Since there's no ventilation, rooms had algae on the wall. Attached pic.
5. Bathroom mats were of Nylon material. Can't wipe your feet properly. And then you step on the bed with that wet feet. Attached pic.
6. Beds have Spring type mattress and the quality was very bad, some portion of the bed was piercing through the backbone. Worst hotel bed ever.

Why would anyone pay 1800 for such room is beyond my understanding.

Few saving grace is that the staff were courteous and were quick to respond for any help.
Also, this hotel has close proximity to park street area with all good shops and restaurants.

The house keeping staffs are full liar. Before staying everyone must check the room specially bedcovers and all. The room is so small that u can't walk properly. No ventilation and all. They will take money forcefully by blaming falsely. And the behaviour of manager is third class. He doesn't know how to talk with client though he is aged person. I'll suggest everyone don't stay in this hotel by seeing that affordable price. There are no parking facilities. For car parking we have to go to some other place and they will take charge for that. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. They charge 2300 rupees for a very small room. They told me that is a deluxe one but no window no balcony nothing. Not a single window for ventilation. Staffs r good. Lift z also not working properly. Horrible stay for one day. I recommend not to stay their for a single day very unhygienic room condition

this is an average hotel with a great location. The toilet is very small and one might want to check once before checking in. be Ensure the room does not have an interlinked room as it could be noisy specially at night and early morning.

Very poor quality. I booked the hotel based on the pictures given in online but experienced completely opposite. Very poor service, not clean, only one towel given which was dirty. Rooms are not at all spacious. The price is not justified the stay. It was a nightmare to stayed in this hotel. A complete loss of money.

Enjoyed staying here.. Good hotel with amenities. Staff behaviour is polite. Overall like the hotel. Well connected with all modes of tpt.

I have stayed for 4 days along with my family.
The overall experience was good, along with a good service from staff.
The only thing which we didn't like was the food in the hotel.
The breakfast was ok ,but the dinner and lunch was not at all worth it.
