Rooms and washrooms were good and clean, only problem we faced during our stay was water dripping out from ac. Though we didn't had much food from hotel, but the morning breakfast and tea was good.

Hotel in house service is pretty good but not upto the mark. There was no soap and shampoo provided until asked...the shower was broken from above and was taped...and the AC of room 101 was not even cooling at all in 18 degree celcius. Also they haven't assisted me in finding their hotel just over the phone they are saying the address only. There is in house food service but too expensive. No wifi password provided. There was seepage all over the wall in front of the bathroom. The intercom inside the room was not working and no power supply to the socket board. We have stayed for 2 days but no cleaning of room and changing of linen was done the other day.

Now they have increased the price to 1600 is this hotel worth this price. Not at all. At this price you can get many much better hotel than this.

Rudest staff. Unclean and small rooms. Unclean bathroom. Breakfast was not worth the price. The staff there should learn some manners on how to deal with customers. Will recommend NOT to book this hotel ever.

Great room at reasonable price. Room was great but can be a bit crampy (not the bed, area around the bed) for two. Room and bathroom were cleaned every day. Main road is 800m away and e-rickshaws were running till late. Staffs were polite.

A really good hotel. Located just behind Axis Mall in New Town Action Area 1 (the best part of New Town). It's a very decent, residential locality. Hassle-free, courteous staff. Couple friendly. No judgement. Rooms are very good and clean. Washrooms are excellent. Considering the price, it's a very good deal. The food is delicious and very reasonable. Two people can have a sumptuous lunch within 500 rupees. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful weekend we spend there . I spend lots of hotel before.. but today i am very much satisfied .. becouse of service & behaviour I hope they maintain those in future.. definitely I stay there in future.
