Relook Hotels (Inda Kharagpur)

1. Pros are clean rooms.
Coming to cons there are many..few are
2. Charge heavily.
3. Not at all couple frndly as Staffs Behaviour is not at all what you expect.
4. I would higlight FOOD IS OK ..NOT THAT TASTY..ONCE I ORDERED CHICKEN Biriyani what they served is not at all fresh. I had to left half eaten.
5. After your stay they would search your room and if they find anything like 1 percentage of dirt in pillows and bedsheet they would charge 1000- 1500 for that single thing..

Nice and decent hotel in Inda, Kharagpur. The Hotel is newly developed and is doing very well. Me along with my family stayed there for 3 days.

PROS-
1. The hotel rooms and its premises are clean and clear.
2. The staff is courteous and very cooperative. Trust me they will assist you till their last extremes.
3. The rooms are well decorated and with nice interiors.
4. The owners themselves will guide their staffs for the best possible service and definitely will take care of your kids food with utmost care.
5. Food quality is very good and nicely presented.
6. They have inhouse coevered and guarded parking right beside the hotel.

Cons -
1. The lane to the hotel entrance is narrow.
2. From the main road at times the hotel is not traceable as there is no display board on the road side.

Room is good and spacious.
Staff is not at all friendly their behaviour is quite rude specially at reception Mr Somanath.

Room service extremely bad, No one to answer at reception in night except security staff, who have difficulty with hindi language. Rooms have some weird odour, even after room fresheners. Buffet breakfast is not recommended. They provide extra bed as some age-old non-functional sofa-cum-bed. Okay if you're looking for a budget hotel.

Rooms have to be checked and updated properly. Otherwise the location is great and service is good

Very pathetic hotel, manager is too rude and doesn't have manners to talk with customer, as if he is the owner of entire relook . If i was the owner i ll fire him asap.
