we stayed for 3 nights, a wonderful suite, bathtub, sauna, very comfortable bed, living room. Wonderful view of river, the staff very polite and very professional, the girls responsible for breakfast were very attentive and were always available, we were at the SPA, easy access, clean and cozy, as for the restaurant, it only works for dinner , we ordered some dishes but found the portion very small for the price we paid and only few options. In the end we ordered pizza to take to the suite, very tasty food. I will certainly return to the hotel.

Very good and comfortable option for any person especially those who come from other states. The staff here is very flexible and friendly you will never feel like you are in a new city. Maintenance is awesome and they react very quickly if at all you face any issue. I would rather choose this place for all my next visits.

It was an awesome experience specially the support stuff and Cleanliness of the room with so beautiful decoration.Food is also very good with proper hygiene.strongly recommend your stay here if you are in Kolkata near Ruby.

One of the best hotel in Kolkata for family stay.. reception to food every department is good and behaviour of the staffs are really very friendly.

They are service oriented people right from manager to staff who brings coffee. I strongly recommend this hotel for staying since food is excellent basically i am from South Indian we are foodies and they have given excellent food according to our wish during our stay. Even if you spend more money in Kolkata for particular dish you may not feel the taste.
