Good room, tasty food, fantastic gesture by staff members. What do u need more than this while traveling. A good rest and good night sleep. All facilities are available no wonder, very decent breakfast too.

What a fantastic meal, the rooms were clean and the staff was amazing, extremely accommodating ,I had a wonderful experience, every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important...thanks to staff for making it such a comfortable stay at you hotel...❤️❤️

I've been charged double for my dinner. And now as I tell that that you are changing me double you have told me before that it will only cost me 569 for dinner then why are you charging me double. All they say Is it's not our fault reception must have given you wrong information. Very disappointed with the service. Specially a guy around 5ft 8 inch dusky completion big eyes and forehead that guy in the hotel management is the worst staff there.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Located right on sevoke road which is the main road of the town. Any kind of transport is easily available. A lot of eating and shopping options nearby. Pretty reasonable rates comparatively. Clean, quick service, good food and not at all exorbitant food pricing. 5 star overall.

Owner based management Third Class system.
1) We 4 Family (with kids) went at hotel with Prepayment and Staff does not found our booking because Owner did not informed to Staff.
2) Hotel is having Bachelors Party at Restaurants so we are informed to take dinner in rooms at last moments.
3) Food Quality is Good just management is poor.

A decent hotel in Siliguri . Good staff and food for breakfast and dinner . Reducing a star for condition of AC ,as the remote wasn’t working and flaps were taken out .it was too cool within the room .

Very bad service. Booking denied despite booking done. No body responds over phone. No body care about customer. I think front office don't care weather booking happened or not for the hotel.
