The experience I had in this hotel was very bad. The reason behind are
1. Check in time 11 a.m. but rooms were not ready till 1pm. We got our rooms at 1pm that to after many request and follow-up.
2. Rooms were of good quality but not clean at all. Toilet seat was totally dirty with gutkha, cigarette etc.
3. We booked total 3 rooms. Out of them one didn't have a tv 📺, AC was not working on another and broken bathroom lock on another.
4. While booking, we asked whether we can bring cooked foods from outside and they agreed to it. But when we brought it, the manager totally denied the fact and went into a chaos with us.
5. Location very far (almost 2km) from new digha sea beach. It's actually located in an extended part of new digha.
Overall a very bad experience staying at this hotel. Staffs are very much non cooperative. Sharing a picture of the toilet which we found after check in.

Average hotel, enjoyed the swimming pool it was neat and clear but room service was not at all upto the marks. They didn't changed the bedsheet and not able to provide towel on time. Room size is average.

Hotel is quite affordable for now but it's to far away from beach and service is not so good and if you expect wifi it's quite poor.

Worst stay. The manager was illeterate and misbehaving with us. Very disappointed. Service worst ac stopped at midnight.

Great option for a small weekend getaway. All amenities are available here along with a nice swimming pool. Room service is top notch. However, groups of rowdy and indecent crowd keeps hoping on from time to time. 5 stars for the management and hotel. Minus one for the crowd.
