Hotel Mountain Bliss And Spa ( Juniper Group Of Hotels

I was really confused to see conflicting opinion about this hotel in Trip Advisor & Google. But I selected this hotel by reading between lines. The result is awesome. If you take this superior balcony room, you can see 'never before seen' Kanchenjungha. The service from hotel is very friendly. Entrance may not be having posh look but when you are inside, it's worth every penny.

The view from the room was exotic and mesmerizing.
Easy access to Food, Hot water and other accessories.
The Behaviour of the staffs were very homely and customer friendly.
Booking through call was really easy and especially The Manager, named Sabnam with great piece of communication skill in both Hindi and English makes it more comfortable for anyone.
Staffs like her is really an asset for any establishment.

Overall, once in mountain bliss, always be in mountain bliss.

There are many negative reviews regarding the hotel. But as we experienced was overwhelming. We booked a family room on the 3rd(top) floor of the hotel. It has wonderful view from the top. The rooms were very neat and clean. Their room service is also very good. It need a little improvement in the food section.
The entrance I would mention is dirty though it's not the issue with the hotel. The inside is very warming and beautiful with cortious behaviour of hotel staffs. "Don't judge a book by it's cover☺️"

Amazing stay In the hotel. They outperformed in hospitality. The owner Mr Ujjwal Sehgal is a gem of a person and helped from beginning till end in our stay here in the property. We were in room number 112. Had an astounding view of mount Kanchenjunga from my room window . Will surely recommend this hotel... Good Job team Mountain Bliss Spa 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Honestly, we are totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this property. Rooms are so cold without heater. Asking us for extra 400 for this.
We got late for check in today due to delay in train, so we missed lunch time, hotel did not honor the lunch for next day and did not compensate for the lunch of 10 members.
Room service is not great, for everything we need to ask multiple times. Gyser is not working and tap was leaking.
Room was so damp that it was stinking bad. Night lamp not working etc etc.

This hotel is located in a business centred building. The building is very dirty. Salesmen disturbed frequently. The view from room is good. Overall it is not secured. It is not recommended for families.

I fail to understand how this hotel has been rated 4.7 by Google. It has been one of the worst experiences. I was travelling with my wife and our mothers. It is not really a hotel but a building on which the top two floors have been taken over and rooms converted to hotel(and there are no lifts). The entrance is very dirty and not lit. There are no lifts. While booking, the room was shown as 'with mountain view'. There is no mountain view from the room, you need to come out into the roof for it. I had also booked the room with breakfast. To my surprise, it was just bread omlette on both days with tea.

The most difficult was to get hot water in bathroom. You need to call the reception every time you need hot water as they turn off the power for gyser from reception, moreover my room did not had a telephone to call, so I was using my phone to call each time. It was very very inconvenient.

I had booked a two double bed room for 4 people. They provided only one towel. On asking for more I was told that they provide only one towel per room( which defies common logic). However they did provide 2 more towels.
The only good part was the food that was cooked was good. However the other experience were pathetic. Please completely avoid booking this hotel.

DON'T RUIN YOUR VACATION.
We are staying this hotel currently ... It's been a nightmare staying this hotel.. They don't have any minimal amenities. It's freezing cold here & they don't have any room heater or hot water service available . Rooms are stinky and remember "NO RUNNING WATER AVAILABLE IN THIS HOTEL " .
After requesting multiple times they have provided one small bucket of water only for a family of 3 .
Postpone your holiday if you don't get desirable reputed hotels but don't stay here.. Otherwise you have to face the consequences .
