Viceroy Boutique Hotel

Had a peaceful stay. Staff behaviour was courteous. Uncle who's the head of catering I think was the most hospitable person. He served us breakfast with so much love and respect like his own kids. Felt at home and kitchen services were open for quite late hours so in totality it was a pleasant experience.

Had a very little interaction with the staff, but they very humble. The service is good and the room that was accomodated was a bit small but very well decorated with the interior. The washroom was clean too and so was the bed.

good Location, well maintained rooms except doors (too tight and digital lock not working), polite and cordial behavior of the staffs and average breakfast.

It is okay type hotel although I book this hotel for transit only so this is okay although dinner and break fast are very tasty and restaurant staff is also very very nice they really treat you as you are in your own in-laws.

Nice location...team has undergone change recently....and services have improved....food quality and taste is great rather than 2 months back. Rest all as usual. Can get most food platter as requested and not in menu. Housekeeping needs to improve. Washroom mat/towel required...provided only after asking. AC setting should be unlocked for setting temperature above 25 degree. Internet speeds have fps issue...dropping speed....need to improve....

The behaviour of front office (receptionist) is very poor. She doesn't know how to talk to the customer. I understand if I check in late evening after a full day shift she got exhausted but in morning time it behaves in such a way that it gives the favour by providing the room, it should not be this way. She should be thankful to guest by coming to the hotel.

They are trying to befool customers.. they have kept a mini bar consisting of thumbs up,real fruit juice and 2 packets of chips inside rooms... The refrigerator is opened so that you can easily consume everything without asking and it's quite obvious that if the fridge is opened up ,then it's for free... But, when you will consume it, they will charge for it... Infact they will charge more... We paid 500 rupees even when altogether the items cost was 150 rupees... If you have to charge for it, keep it locked... You don't have to keep it opened so that customers can easily take it... Pathetic people...

Staff is professional, food is good, location is very good for any work in Newtown. Hotel does not have parking but car can be parked in the service lane . We parked out car for three days without any trouble. Room was quite small, lights are not sufficient and the carpet in the room does not look good . AC makes sound but it cools the room . Toilet is clean .
We had to book the hotel in last minute on a very busy occasion when all the hotels were booked. Altogether the staff made us feel comfortable.
