Clean room, courteous staff but cleanliness of the toilet not up to the mark... Taste of food served by them need to be improved a lot to meet minimum standards ... ...
This is my second visit after about 3 months. Food still tastes awfully bad.

Rooms are not excellent it's average. Foods during puja are totally changed not up to the mark. But staff behaviour and service's are exelent.

Actually I went for only restaurant part..food was good in quality,taste and services. Guessing by the look I think rooms also will be good

The 3 star hotel in our town has a lot of facilities available for kids to families...one of the places to visit.

Its a old hotel, bed, towels are not upto the mark. Food and service is good.

A very good and well serviced Hotel at Jalapaiguri Town. Resto bar is available here. Foods are priced a bit high, but the quality and the quantity is good.

Good location. Rooms are clean but not properly maintained. Service is ok. Staff behaviour is very good. Tariff is high in respect of room quality. Also in spite of no rush of room booking they didn't allow me to stay 2 hours more than the usual check out time.

Rooms are good, but spots on bedsheets, on walls. Service is very slow. The singing bar is good.
