The rooms are very well crafted and very clean and well maintained. The rooms offer great view of the mountains as well as kalimpong city. The owner is a wonderful lady. She personally looks after the needs of the guests and greets all with a ever smilling face. And last but not the least to mention Mr Pawan who is a wonderful human being and always ready to cater to your needs. This hotel also provides fooding services (paid) for the guests and the quality of food is also good.

The hotel is a new property, location wise fantastic as it's close to city centre but with outstanding views from the rooms. It's super clean. The owner lady and her husband and also staff members are very well behaved and cooperative. Owner madam looks after the property personally and spend considerable time of the day in the property itself. Foods are good enough and reasonably priced. During the last week of June 2022 I stayed there for four nights and I must say I had wonderful experience. I highly recommend this property and without any hesitation put the highest rating for it. Wish this will help others. Thanks.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN Kalimpong
It was our first time in this hotel and I have to admit that it was a great experience (didn't expect that)!
We have made reservation over the phone and after 30 minutes arrived to hotel, check in was great, thank you so much guys for upgrade, junior suite was AMAZING. I was working in 5* hotel few months back and can say that hotel ARMS is way better than any other hotels. Cleaning is just great, there is everything you need in room, great toiletries,bed is comfy, wardrobe. Everything is cool and looks clean and tidy. Thank you so much team for this atmosphere. Will come back again!🙏🏼😇

Rooms are spacious, clean, well ventilated, wash room is clean. Staff are courteous and good was good too. Recommended for the budget travellers!

It was our first time Visit in Kalimpong. Hotel ARMS Kalimpong was Excellent hotel with excellent location located near main market. Our Room View was Superb, Full Mountain range view is clear all times and its creat a memorable of your holidays (One Word Wow!) Rooms are extremely clean & comfortable . Bathrooms are super spacious and extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Pawan ji (Hotel Owner) and he was a good person by heart to help you all time.Pawan ji was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face and made us feel Happy Always. I Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to Pawanji and his Team!.

Their service and hospitality was excellent (incomparable, extraordinary). Mr. Pawan and his team leaves no stone unturned to fulfill the requests whole heartedly. They are the true ambassadors of the tag line "Atithi Devo Bhava".

I am writing this review exactly after one year of staying in the hotel. I have to say there are some trips which keeps on coming back to your memories and it spreads a smile across your face. My trip to Kalimpong was one of such! And a lot of the credit for that goes to Hotel Arms and the people who run it. I have to start by talking about Pawan, What a great guy! Anything we need, Anytime we need, The guy appears from Aladeen's lamp and with a smile says in an almost jingling voice, 'Sure, That can be done!'. I am still in touch with him over Whatsapp and have invited him to Kolkata. There was Nishant, A sweet boy of 16, Who lost both his parents, always smiling with a sweet K-pop like face. Such bliss was his smile. And of course, Matrika! A really nice woman. Who was always working relentlessly to make the experience even better. The hotel has real cozy rooms with a stunning view of the valley. The bathrooms are clean, We booked three rooms, One had a bathtub. I have to say soaking myself in the tub with the view of the valley from the window adjacent to the tub is one memory I will remember for some time. The dining area was nice, The food cooked by Pawan and his gang were amazing. One day he cooked us some Sel-Rotis for free just because I said I wanted to try all the authentic food from the area. Aloo Thukpa is something very authentic, Although some might find it bland, but I loved it!
Now, Something about Kalimpong, People often flock to Darjeeling and Gangtok, and stays in Kalimpong for a day or two. But I would like to advise everybody to stay for 5-6 days if you can. The people of Kalimpong are more welcoming, The Cafés in the area like Café Kalimpong and Art Café are most beautiful and soothing. Taking a stroll down the road towards the chowk is such a nice experience. Buy some Dalle Chutney and eat some Phaleys. Visit the Haat Bazaar Flea market to buy some really cheap clothes. Just try to have all the authentic experiences which Darjeeling and Gangtok can't give you because they have become so much touristy! The day I was returning from Kalimpong, I told my friends, that if I ever wish to have a second home in some other city or town then it has to be Kalimpong!

Nice Hotel, nice staff, a family owned hotel , the people are so humble and caring. Very good room with proper sanitation , Food is tasty but very little variety. Nice Sunrise view.
