Hotel Mayur

I usually visit this hotel for Lunch,their food is the best in town,they are known for good service quality & authentic food. The place does not offer parking but a paid parrking area is near.
Mainly Rice is served,Dal,Sabji,Aloo chips,Chicken,different types of fish( ilish & prawns too ).
Their mutton gravy is live heaven,utterly delicious,don't forget to order Rosmalai/Bengali style Rabri as desert to complete the meal.
Usually a Normal fish & Dal sabji meal costs around 150.
The hotel a crowded in lunch time so have some patience, they have rooms too but they are below quality.

We stayed here from 04-04-18 to 08-04-18. Hotel does not provide parking. The food is brought from nearby shops. The photos given are of the fast food shop on the ground next to the hotel. Double Room Rs.1000/- (non-AC), single Rs. 400/- (non-AC). Size of both rooms are almost the same. Geyser often out-of-order. Very slow service. Bathroom stand was broken in our room and the paint was chipping off the walls. And we paid Rs.1000/- for this!!!

The hotel has NO PARKING FACILITY. Double and single rooms are almost of the same size and the only difference is a double bed in a double room!!! Broken A.C. geyser out-of-order. The only positive aspect is that it is pet-friendly. The rooms, stairs and corridors are very small.. A WASTE of money because we trusted the information on the website.

Ok type hotels more attention could have bewn given to cleaning and hygiene and infrastructure is also quite old and retro type but ok within the price range and importantly its also not couple friendly so book accordingly service is also not upto the mark management can work in these aspect. Food is quite justified according to price but finaly bad cleaning and room

I used to stay @ Coochbehar minimum 12 days a month.
I'll always prefer this hotel in terms of location and their friendly behaviour.If you are a professional and only focusing on your work this is the best budget hotel in Coochbehar.Owner & Stuffs are very friendly.You will have a feel good factor and homely while staying here.Avoid the negetive vibes.

Kinda value for money but not so good. Below average.

If you don't have any other option to stay, then only you can stay here.
1)Bed sheet is not clean.
2)There is no almirah like covered box.
3)No hanger is there.
4)Bathroom is not properly cleaned.
5)Wash basin has no pipe.
6)There is no night lamp.

In online, this room's tariff is above Rs.1400

Quality rooms not available. But location is good. Need more improvement about rooms and facilities.
