Balmy BNB -Tower 1- Homestay / Guest House

Excellent stay. I chose this property because I was familiar with the location. Never regretted. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was very cooperative. TV in the dining toom has an android tv with subscription of Hotstar and Netflix. Have not checked about Prime. Highly recommended.

I booked this room from AirBnb and i loved it valued the price i paid. Mainly the staff is friendly, Full privacy good for Couples, Building is bit old otherwise Good👍

Rooms are very small and made out with wooden partations. The walls are damp and rooms have a damp smell. I paid Rs.1696.00 including taxes. But I feel the is not worth more than Rs.800.00. The property has two towers in the same area. The tower name and address are wrongly mentioned in the booking slip.

it's a value for money but I must submit below odds
1) there must be some arrangements for tea, either kettel or some vendor who can provide on demand.
2) TV is only for show, what is the use if DTH has no balance.

It was a great stay. Ambience was great and staff service was really very satisfying. Must visit :)

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, value for money considering the location. All was ok but during the last moment of checkout I had some rush and I had a charger left in the room later on I asked the service desk regarding my charger .They told there was no charger. So my suggestion is please keep your things properly later on you will not get it. I thought I would take some good memories later on it was turned into disappointment. 😕

Stayed in the property for 7 days. The rooms are well maintained, staffs are hospitable and the service is prompt too. Really liked my stay and would definitely like to come back whenever I visit the city.

Our stay at Balmy BNB was an excellent break on Holiday. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the room, the next best part was the fantastic food nearby and excellent service at Balmy BNB. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Moreover, the host Mr. Raj, who was always available over the phone for assistance. A wonderful mini-vacation!
Staff was excellent - Mr. Raj made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed.
