Located on the main highway towards Siliguri. Hotel is well connected to the popular destinations like Gour, Adina etc. Rooms are comfortable. AC available. But service is poor. Food quality good in the adjacent restaurant.

Some staffs needs training for running of Hospitality business. Location and rooms are good. Reception needs improvement. I had to wait more than one hour for the from Even I had already booked it online paid charges online and checked in 6 PM instead of 12 Noon. I called them continuously to inform that I'll check-in at 6 PM but nobody received my call. I called more than 10 times.

Don't ever book this hotel, due to them i have to search new hotel at midnight with family and children ...In Berif - I booked this hotel from oyo for 8 oct to 9 oct. When i came with my family and kid , the manager comes out from bar and telling me again and again that i can't give room you are late, we have checking time and all. When we said we will call to oyo and ask them, than he agree to give room, but his behavior is still same and asking money before giving keys.. so i leave that hotel at midnight with my family.. this kind of stupid hospitality.

Vary rude behaviour not cooperating also ask us to pay full amount but will provide their room for 2hours really disappointed with hotel payel as a Malda representative to a guest

Worst never seen this type of hotel.. we booked and when we reach the hotel is closed .. how funny.
