Had an awesome experience there. The most satisfying things are the quality of food and the staff behavior. Also has a good family friendly ambience. Please note that the river is not visible from the hotel. One need to walk a around 300meters to get the river.

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The ambience is very much family friendly. Good food quality and the room cleanliness is also appreciable. The pool was a bit unclean in the first day but on the next day it was cleaned properly and we had a good time. Hotel staffs behaviour is also appreciable.

Nice hotel. Very good service. A bit expensive. Nice landscaped area. Good swimming pool. Rooms need some maintenance. The only negative side is that the location of the hotel. No river view is available from the rooms or any where from the hotel.

Approach road to hotel is pathetic...full of potholes, very bad road conditions which make ur vehicle dirty n low floors car like Honda City n other cars will face difficulties to reach the hotel..

The resort is located in noorpur & the river is few steps away.Hotel staff was very cooperative & polite.

Wow ! What a wonderful place to stay in Falta, Diamond Harbour,Just 55 km from Kolkata 🙏🏾, though we were there for a family day trip, it’s squeaky clean, every staff with a bright-smiling face and super positive approach, specially Mr. Sekhar Halder, General Manager of the hotel is one of the finest professionals in hotel industry, he was very caring throughout our entire stay and also Mr. Chandrava Banerjee, the Manager,House keeping also a wonderful professional with amazing approach to the guests.I must mention the food quality prepared by chef, it’s amazing which we enjoyed in our lunch. It’s a wonderful experience altogether. Last but not the least, the location of the property is also very good as the Ganga river is only 2 minutes walk and we enjoyed Ganga cruising by desi boat after lunch. Value for money to the fullest 👌🏾
