The hotel is a small and cozy place. I had booked it through book my trip. It is a OYO place. It is clean and comfortable. The problem is the inner side rooms are not well ventilated else outer window side rooms are good. Beds are comfortable, but rooms have the less space. The bathrooms are well fitted with all amenities and very spacious. The address is a little tricky to find, though the oyo lable makes it easily spottable.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. management was beneficial. pros. 1. location is very near to main market chauk bazar (3 mnt), bus stand(5mnt), mall road(10mnt). 2. lots of restaurants nearby3. rooms are spacious & clean as compared to other hotels in Darjeeling in this budget. 4. staffs are friendly ( did not face any issues during my stay)

The room was decent but the place wasn't. The hotel is situated in a down area so we had to walk uphill to reach mall road. The hotel is even further down the road, there was stairs to go down and it was dirty. In our room, the bed sheet and the blanket were dirty with full of stains. These things ruined the experience a bit. Also there's no food facility. It was decent, the room was good but the area wasn't as i said in the review.

Hotel denied online booking. Although I can see people have booked from goibibo recently, room is also available as we are staying in one. still host said that he won't accept online booking. We visited here just because of our previous good experience but we aren't coming back ever.

I have book room for two day chekin date 9th june & time 2pm but due some train has late 7hr. I don't have hotel no. & no one call me from hotel for chekin. I have reach hotel 8pm I was asking for room which I have book but hotel manager said no available that wive room & he was irritating if you want to room take another room . we have 2+2 there is available only one bad room . manager showen some two bad room that was very congisitat room. service is not good there is not available food I am not happy for service & room.

Pls dont call it as hotel, found this a lodge,no towel in wash room, when asked, provided towel & bed sheets are dirty. Don't even dinner arrangement at hotel, food provided also pathetic, somehow managed one night.

Decent hotel, with good service. Rooms & bathroom conditions were good. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the window itself.
