OYO 44016 Lodge Rituranga

It's a low budget lodge.. Location - just 1.5 km from sonajhuri hat.. Cleanliness - good.4 bedded rooms are not in good condition. This lodge doesn't have their own kitchen.. So foods from outside.. u can arrange urself or ask the staffs they will arrange for you in ur room also.. Staff's behavior is very good. Small car parking is also there.. Maximum 4 small cars can be parked.. So if you are on low budget u can choose it

Denied check in of paid reservation by OYO through GoIbibo.
Misbeaviour and unfriendly attitude.
Not reliable and very poor room conditions.
Strange at the selecttion of OYO as well as irresponsible booking of Goibibo.

Some room are small but tarrif are same. No food available. Ok for small budget. Need to improve.

High prices!!!! Shabby bathrooms , dirty dinning place. Only good thing about the place is its location.

Minimum age is eligible for staying?

The overall quality of Hotel is not all not up to the mark.

The room was really dirty, cheap and not worth the price. We had a horrible experience at this hotel. For a night they should charge 300 to 500, not a rupee more. The floors, walls, bed sheets, and comforter were dirty. They have a TV which doesn't work. They don't even give a soap in the washroom.
The behavior of the staff were really bad. They were rude and they don't really care about any complaints. In short, the hotel was cheap and shabby.
Also, they do not have food available at the hotel, so for breakfast, lunch, and dinner you will have to look for places.
