OYO Townhouse 195 Aarya Inn Salt Lake

Very bad experience. I booked room for three days and paid full amount by online but after reaching to hotel they demanded and charged 2100 extra. Even there was no due in the bill.
The room and washroom are very dirty. If someones checkout they don't change the bedsheets and pillow cover for new customer. They don't clean rooms daily.
I stayed for three days and faced water problem for two days.
Please don't book this hotel.

I am giving this review as I don't anyone to be cheated. This is one of the worst townhouse property of Oyo. Don't go with the property photos. I have booked it with Rs. 1800, but the room is so small, bedsheet is full of dust, room floor is dirty, bathroom smells badly. No maintenance. In night cockroach came out from the bathroom and below the bathroom mirror. Most important thing is bed. The bed is like spring hurts ur back. When I asked to change they said the hard bed's are only for those who will stay more than 3-4 days. Pls those want to night stay, don't go there. U can't sleep at that bed. A very bad hotel. If negetive rating will be there, I will give that -5.

The washroom was very dirty and unhygienic. Water was not coming from the tap. The mattress was very uncomfortable with springs coming out of it. Also, the property manager modified my booking without my knowledge at the time of check-in and asked for 650 extra for the extra person while I had booked and paid in advance for two people.
Also, the lift is not in working condition. I would never ever recommend staying in this property.

It was not good at all. if you are planning to pay through oyo or any other app they will not accept and you end up paying more. To add on that The sheets were stained and dirty, the flush was not working and the receptionist was rude everytime we asked to change the bed sheet like she is the supreme authority. Also Don't go on Sundays because their most of the staff will be taking day off so they can't do anything and it's your fault you visited them on Sunday.

Pathetic Experience.
Spring Beds You don’t even seat properly on those. bugs and mosquitoes also a problem . Bathroom tap was also leaked . Can’t sleep with that sound. Don’t ever book this hotel even it shows cheap price but later they charge extra on reception. So please exclude this hotel from your wishlist.

Merits:
1. Good location
2. Good rooms
3. Accomodations are good ( electricity and water supplies are always available, clean bathroom, good lighting)
4. If money is involved then service can be very good
Demerits:
1. Mattress uncomfortable
2. Asked 3 times for extra bedsheet because the given one was not so proper and clean. Although I was promised to be given but did not get so. A big let down.

Very rude staffs talking roughly, just to visit my uncle there they stopped me. Policies are absurd and with no sign of cleanliness, any time water goes. Till 1 hour have to wait for water. Dirty linens and bathrooms. Not suitable to stay if you need pleasant experience.

Good place.
