Our stay was pretty good. Mall road is walking distance from the hotel. The staffs had cordial behaviour. The food was good. But the only disadvantage is that though the room looks big in the picture, it is quite small in comparison. There is no facility of lift as well.
You can give a try.. 👍

don't book. They didn't treat guests. No service at all, even if not provided basic amenities like drinking water, bath towel, bath kits, etc even after repeated request. The owner behavior is like an uneducated. He said please contact your service provider for any service. I have booked Family premium Suite room for 4 persons, but the room provided hardly for 2 persons. When I have asked for geyser not working, The owner said rudely that we have no knowledge to operate the geyser. So I have to keep myself silence as I have self-respect as I am a officer in Govt of India. In my life I have never seen this type of behavior.

Its a Lodge, Not a Hotel category.
If you are paying nightly upto 1500/- INR for suite room, it is quite justified else the hotel is located in on road with all views of slum, garbage dumps and meat shops from room. Hotel inside is dumping gallery with mattresses, furnitures lying around.
If it rains heavily, whole gallery outside room will be flooded and will be asked to live with it. I was offered a suite room but their normal room are bigger and cleaner than what I was offered. Television and channels were not working, extra mattresses offered were hard and plastic covered making our sleep more disturbing. Hotel being at road side, nights will be uncomfortable with vehicle honking and people shouting around. Room freshner working in one and not in another.
Worst part is my rooms were on 4th floor with no lifts, my in-laws who had trouble walking had to cope with climbing stairs and making their whole trip so painful.
I carry moist sanitizing wipes since covid started while travel, a layer of black film coat came up while I cleaned the chairs, table, phone and windows using wipes. There were no sanitizers or wipes available around by hotel for guests so please carry yours.
Based on number of guests, towel counts is one per room, where it should be per person at least, even at home we uses individual towels, they did gave extra towels when we had to go downstairs 4 storery and request them.
If you are looking for great rooms and spend clean and comfort nights while travel which you actually pay for any hotels, this hotel is not recommended for family with kids but for random stay it is ok. Never pay over 2000 INR for any type of room in this hotel.
Staff members are scared of their owner of hotel offering us any toileteries or additional blankets but the staff members were courteous and helpful according to standard of hotel and you can tip them too for good behaviour but if you are thinking this as any "star" rated hotel, it is not but a work around.
Not recommended for people who are used to great hospitality and comfortness while travel. Actually area is quite clumsy and crowded and should look hotel bit away from this place for better view and peace of mind.

Food quality is only edible per pricing but again if you are a pure vegetarian, you may not really be fan of food here with meat pieces dumped around stairs and pathway and street dogs hovering near entrance. When complained, they said housekeeping will clean it later until then it will be like that.

The reception is first place of hotel which attracts tourist, it looks like a restaurant entrance more than any hotel lobby. Ambience is dark, they dont use white bed sheet or white covers for blanket which is a sign of clean beds and covering for guests to review. Color bed sheets are not recognizable for hidden dirts and stains on bed and covers and pillows.

Please be aware of fraudent, I'm earing warn everyone to be stay away from this fraudster. They took ₹1400 for advance booking of room, and after then denay to give service. After threatened them by police they, give us the room. The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily. The second room was full of gnats.

The Receptionist is mad.
No customer service oriented asking for extra money for late checkout inspite of submitting the keys. After conversation with the travel agency and non approval of late checkout abusing the customers with communal slangs be ware she is a mad girl and the management is worst it's hell yuk experience booking this hotel. Stay aware inspite book, omega residency, elite, seven seventeen, elite hotels, Marvel international, new sathi, far better hotels nearby location but not this hotel, rooms of queen darjeeling is all undersize, bed is under size and the food is same unhygenic like the Receptionist is. They are mad setup
