FabExpress Kolkata Residency

Firstly, instead of alotted place, we were shifted to another(we couldn't do anything, as it was pretty late at night)but the incharge person stated that it was the same which led to confusion regarding the address and we were charged more for cab as the actual place was closer to the main road causing us unwanted trouble.Then, none of the geysers were in working condition causing unwanted delay and there was no alternate made till checkout as the staff were very sluggish. Bathrooms were too small. Overall, very poor service rendered.We expected the most from pictures as we took the trouble to find this high reviewed hotel(4.9/5 as per fab) only to be disappointed in this manner.

Best hotel cum home kinda place. Neighborhood is friendly yet quiet. Rooms are quiet clean, they provide healthy, tasty and quiet delicious variety of food options. And its cheap if you have a mediocre budget.!
Basically my favourite place to stay when I visit in Kolkata.

Wonderful hotel ,with well furnished rooms backed with effective and polite staff.

Firstly, they show different property and accommodate you in different.

Secondly, they will take the payment in advance as soon as you reach the property, despite their own published information.

The blankets were torn and they didn't changed it even. Towel was same for the 5 days we stayed.

The staff was good and polite. They were well behaved but had limited resource management.

The fab hotel must take all this into consideration on priority. Charging for premium and giving out the minimum very bad.

The rooms are modern and I love that there is a coffee machine in each room.

Best services, best rooms, cleanliness, superb prompt responsive staff, awsome location .
