Positive- 1.Hotel is very neat & Clean. 2.Hotel location is good. 3.Staffs are good.
Negative- 1. Rooms are very small compared to room fare. 2. Food is too much expensive, you will get two piece boiled egg for 100 in green park. Better to go to Simla restaurant nearby which just 5 mins walking, where u can get north indian, Chinese,Bengali all food, very good restaurant food is very good, it is expensive but less than green park hotel. 3.No room heater available at Rs.***/- room rent per day for double bed.

They knew that we have made a booking and still they didn't closed the windows and doors, the room got cold when we reached there. And it was cold the entire time. The room wasn't spacious at all. The bathroom services are poor too. We asked the desk for soaps but they didn't provide any. Plus the location on google maps is wrong, the hotel is far away from mall road , we had to walk for 40 minutes to find the hotel. That's the main point i gave it two. Although the staff behaved well and room was clean.

We loved the stay at the hotel... the room was clean, it was near to Darjeeling Railway station but was 15 minutes away from Mall road by walk. The hotel staff was very helpful and cooperative. The only problem is that we booked a Deluxe room and unfortunately the deluxe rooms in this hotel do not have a window therefore no views from the room. Otherwise everything else was great. The property seems to be a new one.

They have charged 500 rupees extra for a chocolate stain on bed sheet considering it as a gutka stain Horrible experience food was tasteless , no good options in dinner we ate matar and chola everyday They charged one bottle of water of 50/- but that cleaning lady was very good for that half star and i left 200/- for her but i don't know whether she received it or not The reception people are not supportivse at all It hotel name should chor park Don't go here otherwise it will be a big scam for you At last they will also charge 150/- for no reason

Stayed here for 1N/2D.
The stay was good. The hotel is opposite to DRC taxi stand.
Room is spacious, well lit, neat & clean. Well maintained. All basic needs taken care.
Food was good. We had lunch & breakfast. We checked in around 3:00 PM and the restaurant staffs were about to leave but again they stayed back and prepared food for 3 of us that too with a smile. This impressed us a lot.
They serves with a smile always.
A well maintained hotel/restaurant.

Bad location, bad food, bad management. Would not recommend anyone to even consider this hotel for stay. 1.During our stay maximum of the time there was no electricity & none of the staff from hotel bothered to start generator, I wonder if it is even available. 2. Room & bathroom was smelling very badly. Even room was very conjusted. 3.We opted for buffet in breakfast & dinner, but there were hardly 2-3 options in breakfast & no option in dinner. Dinner was like they are offering items of a "thali", that too tasteless.

Hotel is not on main road. Main road to 100 meter waking distance. Hotel road are only 6 feet slopy wide road. Luggage’s & baggage problem. In bathroom no ventilation therefore warm water block mirror & bathroom water Drainage are very very slow 2 minute shower water to feel 4 inches water in bathroom. I don’t recommend this hotel for family & friends Property are not on main road. Property location is main road to 100 metre interior & interior road is only 6 feet slopy road & there is too much dirt on that road.
