HOTEL NILACHAL

When I came across the Hotel in google suddenly its owner contacted me and asked for booking . Then I booked with Rs 1000/-. Then I said Will pay the rest amount at hotel during stay . They took a booking for a Suit room. But its pathetic to note that this hotel owner dont know the definition of SUIT room and what should be the amenties should be there. First of all the blankets are so dirty . There was no dustbin. Evenif they dont offer towel . And for dinner we have to wait for till 10.30pm and food was from outside dhaba. So pathetic experience. I am sharing few photos. Plz dont visit that place and dont waste your hard earned money there.

Nothing special from the rest of the hotel ambience. Quite big hotel with a big dinner hall and dining area to use as a conference place. Well behaved stuffs and quite ambience is present here. State bus stans near this hotel. This hotel contains a restaurant too...

Was much disappointed after checking in. Checking in itself was time consuming as you would have made to sit for at least half an hour, in the context of rooms being cleaned. Rather small room for Rs 2000/- charge per day. Complimentary breakfast everyday and day after day contains only dalpuri, sabji and rasgullah. and nothing else is available. No attached restaurant, they get their meals delivered from outside. No WIFI. Large cockroaches roaming in the room. A towel took seven hours to be delivered, that even we had to reach the owner for it. Two glasses for drinking water took similarly long time. Very poor service. It is actually a more suitable place where you may take your girl for few hours for enjoyment.

I was alloted with an untidy room, the bed sheets were changed but the bathroom was not clean,geaser unservicable,phone umservicable. just Imagine how can one sit in an unclean western commode.. The management said that the cleaning staff has left and no one to clean and assured me they will get it cleaned..
It took two hours for them but still not cleaned... The cashier was the only person who really understood my problem and changed my room..

It was a horrible and horrifying experience. There are illegal things going on in this hotel at nights. Niddle aged men with girls in skimpy clothings are running all around the corridors. Its not safe for families or tourists. We were scared to death to think that if a raid happens right now in this place, even we are going to get implicated. The hotel staff had no guilt or fear of putting ither respectable guests at risk. Just because its in the middle of a NH, they are taking full advantage of it. Obviously the prices are less because the hotel is just a farce to hide what's actually going on in that place. Not recommending it to anyone at all.

Very bad experience. All staffs have very rough behaviour. They are talking always with slang and abusing language. The hotel Honor has criminal background and he keeps many unsocial people inside the 🏨 Hotel. Many of them has drunked wine in day time. This Hotel is not safe for any family.

The rating for this hotel is a total sham. Service is poor, amenities don't work. The so called deluxe rooms are pathetic, they are not even rooms. Do not choose this hotel if you don't want to spoil your holiday

Food is good , but not for family to stay. During checking asking for full payments though we are paying more then 50 % as advance.
