Mittal Gardens, Siliguri

Pros:
Good location, direct road connecting to Sevoke Road. Good for an overnight halt.
Ample and dedicated parking space.
Own cafe and restaurant, food and price nothing to complain about, food served as room service.

Cons:
Really unprofessional housekeeping services. Tea/coffee refills just for namesake, only one tea bag was there for 2 pax. When we asked for coffee pouch, they said out of stock. Situated on the main road, a response like this is unexpected.
When asked for bathing kit, it was provided again for namesake, only 2 medimix soaps of Rs.3/- given. It seemed that the handwash was stale and had a very pungent smell. Water kettle was really dirty and rusted.

Need improvement. Housekeeping staffs need too much improvement. Owner investment is alot but staffs are not maintaining the property.
Food is good.
Location is good.

Had a good stay here for 3 nights. The staffs were polite and helpful, room as well as bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room.
The only thing that I did not like was the food.
On my 1st order the chef had put too much of salt in it. So the next time I ordered food for my dinner I specifically mentioned less salt but still. And in the rice (same order) I found a piece of plastic which I showed later to one the staff who came in for room service.
Except for the food the rooms are good and the staffs are hospitable.

I stayed there, yesterday. First of fall, the staffs are very rude, don't know what makes them so arrogant. Rooms are very dirty. I forgot to click picture then u people can realized why am I talking. So, I don't recommend anyone.

I really Loved staying there for three days. Rooms are clean & The Hotel is one of the Best Hotels in Siliguri (in Budget Price) for cleanliness.

There is a Cafe in that Hotel where you can have Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at Reasonable Price. I would love to stay at that Hotel in future whenever I go to Siliguri.

Very poor room service. The rooms are pretty dirty. No ventilation in the room. Even basic towels and water were not kept in the room. The breakfast was not ready till 9 am. The restaurant staff was very impolite. One of the worst hotels that we have stayed in.

Sorry to say but we had a really bad experience in Mittal Gardens, Siliguri because of following reasons :-
1) The moment we reached the Hotel we came to know that the hotel was preparing for a wedding and there was no parking space. The manager asked us to park the car outside the premises of Hotel and later it was found that the our car was damaged as it was hit by a cow.
2) The hotel manager said that the wedding will be getting over by 10 P.M but after the wedding the hotel management was creating so much of noise that me along with my mother and father (senior citizen) were unable to sleep due to unavoidable noise by the hotel staffs and the wedding people.
3) we were lodged in room no.101 and 103 which is located in the first floor of the building and just below our rooms (ground floor ) they had a big kitchen used for wedding ceremony. In the midnight of 12 PM we were so disturbed by them. We could here lots of noise coming from the dish washers and also the noise coming from utensils.
We had a really bad experience in the above said hotel. Shall never recommend such hotel to any of my friends and family. The Hotel should intimate on the online site that there will be wedding ceremonies too by which we could have changed the hotel on time. Very Bad experience that we even didn’t get a sound sleep after a hectic road trip journey.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Had amazing experience, wonderful staffs, spacious rooms and amazing service.
