It was great experience .. service was very good, staffs were very cooperative, rooms were clean and tidy, bathroom were also very clean . Food quality and taste were just awesome. I am very satisfied with their services and behaviour .. Each and every food were very tasty. They always served food in time.

I was fully satisfied with their service.Rooms were clean and the bathroom was very clean.The behaviour of the staff was very welcoming.We didn't used the restaurant instead we ordered food in our room.Their food quality is also good.The distance of the beach is 5-10 min walking distance.Overall it was very good experience.

Spent 2 days at Hotel Prasant New Digha with my family. It's an economy budget hotel with all facilities. It was a comfortable and safe stay. Staff members are well behaved and ready to solve your problems. Food quality is good but can be improved by portion size and cost effective. Anyways all the best for team Zero miles hotel prasant. Highly recommended to visit once.

We stayed here for two nights, we had rooms for 672/- including GST. It's actually pretty cheap considering the quality of rooms they provided, I only forgot to take pictures of the inside of the rooms but trust me those rooms are amazing, with all the necessary amenities you would need, and of course a balcony. I highly recommend you to stay here. You'll also have a lift and an attached hotel at the ground floor where you can dine in. Only thing some will have a problem with is the hotel is not sea view, it's over the main road, a few minutes walk from the beach, though it's not a problem for me.

Location: just opposite of Jahaj Bari, on the main road only. From sea beach, it is 3 minutes of walking distance.

Room: room quality is not upto the mark, bed sheets were not clean and suffered a bit with AC although it was repaired promptly. Pest controls are highly recommended as in every room, cockroaches were there. When it is marked as 3star hotel, we would really expect a bit more facilities and well maintained room. Addition of a mini-fridge and a electric kettle/ tea or coffee maker could have added much more values.

Behaviour : staff behaviour was superb and awesome. They did not give a single chance to complaint on any point. When reported against cleanliness of the bed sheet, immediately they took actions and changed it. Regarding AC also, they immediately involved the AMC guy and repaired within an hour. Have bothered them couple of times regarding hot drinking water, but they served everytime with a smiling face. A big thumbs up to all the crews and you guys are the main asset.

Food: Quantity wise more than perfect but the tastewise it could be much better. Lunch was served cold. For room service, they charge 10% extra.

Main Advantage : pet friendly. We, the pet parents really struggle to get an accomodation to have a great trip along with our fur babies and Zeromiles Hotel Prashant is really helping us to achieve that.

Overall rating: 3 star out of 5. Was it value for money? Obviously yes. But it could be much better as well. If you do not need the pet friendly hotel, then you can opt for some other stay options also as you will get a lot in the same budget.

Excellent behaviour of hotel staffs, location is not bad. Rooms are very good as compared to the rates. Food is also very good. Highly recomended hotel at this price range.

Entire hotel staffs along with its Ower is welbehaved and very polite . I alongside famalies stayed at hotel Prasant 12-14 Dec 22 it was very pleasant. We feel there a home away from my home
