Location: Excellent. Just a short walk from mall Rooms: Excellent. The room was very spacious, it had a smart TV, an excellent view. They also have wifi, but faced network issues on the first day. Rest of the days it worked fine. Room service: Great Food: They had complementary breakfast with the room, but the food was always served cold.. and was not as good as expected.

The staff is not at all helpful. They didn't even listen to you. Rooms are not good. Even super deluxe room doesn't have good facilities. The dinner have no taste. My geaser is not working and I called at reception and no one turn up to help. The surrounding are always smelling very bad. Very disappointed with the hotel management.

Unhygienic Rooms. No Room Service. Breakfast quality is very poor. Receptionist Girl very rude and shouting arrogantly. We Stay 3 nights on 2nd, 3rd & 4th October. No housekeeping or cleaning during 72 hours. Only one staff say it Bell boy or Waiter, plumber or Housekeeper. Don't stay here. We booked 4 rooms (Standard) on 3rd August by Make My Trip (MMT) but during arrival they said that standard rooms are not available, so that we have to upgrade our standard rooms to Deluxe Room with extra payment. But after comparison rooms are same size, for extra income they do like this. However, I strongly suggest all customers to reject this hotel if seen any online booking website.

Heart of town. Near Mall road. View from room great. Rooms small though. Bathroom neat. Geyser working nicely. Behaviour of staff polite. Food non spicy , exactly my kind. I am vegetarian. No Idea if they serve non veg or if yes what was taste like. Kid friendly food. Breakfast nice with bread& jam, upama, poori, aloo subzi, tea. No complaint whatsoever

Recently, I visited Darjeeling during puja vacation for rest and relaxation with my wife from 1st October to 6th october at Chalet hotel on the mall. But we had a very pathetic experience, so we started to get a decent hotel nearby.But by God's grace we could find a hotel just behind Keventers and Glenarys on Robertson road. The Receptionist Ms. Prema Tamang greeted us with smiling face and arranged a deluxe double room for us from 4th to 6th October. Considering the peak season our tariff was reasonable enough and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The hotel has a restaurant with room services and you can avail with breakfast or without breakfast facilities included with the tariff. The rooms are spacious with good linens and all modern amenities including wifi, good washroom with 24hours hot water and tea or coffee machines. I really appreciate their behavior and attitude towards the tourists. Moreover the can arrange transport for sightseeing and departure to the nearest airport or railway station. Especially the staffs are very polite and prompt in their services. I was told that during off season they offer various discounts. They are under Newa group of hotels & spa and they have hotels & spa in various locations in Sikkim. I wish they will continue to serve the tourists more and more in their future endeavors.

Horrible experience. Booked for a day and hardly stayed here because elders and kids unable to bear this hotel (we just roamed on the roads to avoid staying here, came for sleep at 9pm and left at 4am)
Rooms: Rooms are provided in cellars and no ventilation or lighting, dirty smell all over, trash collected and kept near the rooms. NO LIFTS. DONT GET CHEATED BY GOOGLE PHOTOS. You have only one View room and all other will face the same experience. Food: Imagine yourself paying hefty amount for dinner and breakfast in the package and facing the situation where no one will provide WATER in the restaurant. Food quality so poor and taste very bad. Ambience: Hotel real condition is all the garbage will be collected at the main entrance of the hotel and all that place is so dirty and bad smell, unable to stay here at all. Reception: Don't expect good reception from these people, you will get dissapointed as everything is same with low grade quality.

Review Jan 2023 This hotel is the worst one....At Entry you welcome with garbage dumped bye surrounding hotel's. .. . Very horrible bad smell you definitely get irritated.....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...gloomy ambience... guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi , room heater is in worst condition......the kitchen is very unhygienic....no water in the bathrooms...
